Watermelon Pizza

Our Watermelon Pizza transforms a summertime favourite into a deliciously wholesome treat, layering sweet, hydrating watermelon with antioxidant-rich berries, creamy Greek yogurt for a protein boost, and fresh basil for a gourmet touch—making it as nourishing as it is eye-catching for any appetizer spread or potluck table—enjoy!

Ingredients

1 medium watermelon, sliced into thick circles
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup cherries, pitted
16 tbsp. greek yogurt
Handful basil, for garnish

Instructions

1. Once watermelon is sliced into large circles, then cut them into "pizza slices," which should work out to 16 slices per watermelon.

2. Place slices on a serving tray, top each with a tablespoon of yogurt, a few berries, and cherries, and then garnish with some basil.

3. Once your "watermelon pizza" is made, serve it and enjoy!
