1. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling.

7. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
8. After that time, slice the chicken, place each breast on a bed of 2 cups of lettuce, and drizzle with the dressing.
