1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Once hot, cook the breakfast sausages for 12 to 16 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
3. While the sausages cook, whisk the eggs together in a bowl with a little water, salt, and pepper, until fully mixed and airy (should have some bubbles in it).
4. Once cooked, remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.
5. Once the pan is hot again, add butter.
6. Once the butter has melted, add in the eggs, stirring and scrambling with a spatula, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Once the eggs and sausages are cooked, serve them up with some hot sauce, dig in, and enjoy!
