Grilled Tilapia & Veggies

Our Grilled Tilapia & Veggies is a light, nutrient-rich meal packed with lean protein, healthy fats, and vibrant, seasoned vegetables that support your health and wellness goals without sacrificing flavour—enjoy!

Ingredients

2 5-oz filet of tilapia
1 cup tomato, wedged
1 cup bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp. avocado oil
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. italian seasoning

1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 tsp. italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Spread the tilapia with the avocado oil and sprinkle with the Cajun and Old Bay seasoning.

3. Once the grill is hot, place the tilapia on the grill to cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.

4. Once grilled, remove from the heat and let it rest for 2 to 5 minutes.

5. Shake or stir the Italian seasoning with the olive oil, salt, and pepper in a jar or bowl.

6. Pour the Italian dressing over the wedged veggies and serve alongside the tilapia—enjoy!

Tip

Add a tablespoon of Frank's Hot Sauce to your tilapia to add some heat and flavour!
