Fruit Salad

Our Fruit Salad recipe is bursting with antioxidants, hydrating vitamins, and natural sweetness, making it a vibrant and effortless option for healthy meal prep—enjoy!

Ingredients

2½ cup of cantaloupe, chopped
1¼ cup of raspberries

1¼ cup of blackberries
1 cup of blueberries

Instructions

1. In 5 separate air-tight containers, place ½ a cup of cantaloupe, ¼ cup of raspberries, ¼ cup of blueberries, and ¼ cup of blackberries in each.

2. Once all containers are compiled, seal them and store them in the fridge.

3. When ready to enjoy a serving, remove it from the fridge and dig in!

Tip

To add some protein to this recipe, add 6 ounces of plain Greek yogurt per serving, which would add 1 Protein allotment.
