Blueberry Naan Pizza

Our Blueberry Naan Pizza is a deliciously light and wholesome dish that balances creamy goat cheese, sweet bursts of antioxidant-rich blueberries, and peppery arugula on crisp, golden naan for a fresh and flavourful way to nourish your body—enjoy!

Ingredients

2 pieces of naan
4 oz. goat cheese
1 cup blueberries
1 cup arugula

1 cup onions, thinly sliced
4 tsp. olive oil
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place naan on the lined baking sheet, brush each with a teaspoon of olive oil, and then sprinkle with salt. 

3. Place the naan in the hot oven to bake for 5 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway.

4. While the naan bakes, sauté the onions in 2 teaspoons of olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes.

5. After that time, remove the naan from the oven, cover each with 2 ounces of goat cheese, half of the onions, half a cup of blueberries, and half a cup of arugula.

6. Once the pizzas are made, dig in and enjoy!

Tip

You can also add some chilli flakes to your pizza if you'd like to add some heat!
